We had a good time at Nina's place. It was very nice and reflected the pictures well. A couple shortcomings: despite the listing being for 3 people, there were no sheets or blankets for the single bed in the living room. There were also only two full size towels and they were a soft material that was more like a beach towel. Also the electronic lock was broken, and they sent a handyman multiple times during our trip (for things unrelated to our stay). It was overall a fine place, just some elements that weren't the most comfortable.
I can’t say enough positive words about this place - the location is ideal, the apartment is spacious and gorgeous, the bed is beyond comfortable. and best of all - communication with nina was effortlessly kind. i wish i could live here but alas i had to leave - however for others who have a chance to stay here, you’re making the right choice.
This place was nearly perfect for my first downtown Cincinnati visit and exploration. I love the historic architecture and well-kept historic rowhouse-style townhomes, apartments, and condos of the area. Plenty of adventure and dining within walking range or a short drive. Despite a heads-up, in the description, for urban noise from the neighborhood (which includes TQM Stadium only a few hundred yards away), it was surprisingly peaceful during our end-of-May two-night stay. There was no major / noisy stadium event during our stay, though. The unit was impeccably clean, well-appointed, thoughfully designed, and very spacious. Fourth-floor trek, by stairs, was tiring; but not anything I'd consider a negative, even at my mid-60s age. Host(s) communication was very responsive.
