OTR is an amazing neighborhood full of great restaurants, bars, pubs, live music, murals and beautiful artwork in unexpected places, nice architecture and scenery. It's a very walkable neighborhood with access to the Cincinnati light rail that will take you throughout the town to explore beyond OTR as well.

Parking Options
You may park on the street (pay attention to the parking rules) or in the paid lots nearby. There are two paid parking lots directly behind the building, accessible off of Vine St and Walnut St.

DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT NEXT TO THE BUILDING. Previous guests do not recommend it for overnight parking.

We recommend parking in a monitored lot or garage then use Uber or Lyft to get around.

• The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

• NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking.

• PARKING
  Ideally, if you can use car share (i.e. Uber, Lyft, etc), public transportation or the free light rail, that would be best. Parking can be challenging in the area. There is metered street parking as well as paid parking lot options in the area. We advise all guests not to ever park in the lot that is right next to the property.
